These beautiful handmade kilims were made by young nomadic woman in the village of Cal outside Denizli in Western Turkey.They are known for their bold geometric designs and pastel tones as well as being excellent value for money. A kilim this size would generally take 3 - 4 months to weave and as each is made without a pattern they reflect each weavers individual artistry . No two are alike !
